What Can You Expect From Our Process?
- Contact Us – Reach out via phone or email, or even our contact box here on the website. We’ll gather some basic contact information and a few details about what parts of your property are concerning you so we can pair you up with an experienced professional Project Manager.
- Meet Your Project Manager – You will work with one of our Project Managers from initial consultation through project completion. Your Project Manager will advise you of the best recommendations for your property and your budget.
- Review Your Customized Proposal – Every project is different, and we will customize your plan to fit your needs. You will receive a detailed scope of work, competitive pricing, and a color-coded map of your property showing how we will complete the job, move by move.
- Scheduling Your Work – Once you sign off on the work to be done, our Production Department will reach out and get your project scheduled ASAP. Worried about posting notice and signage for your residents/tenants? Don’t be! That’s included in our process, and we will take care of it for you.
- Preparing For Work – All we ask is that you remove any vehicles and major debris from the work area and turn off all irrigation while the asphalt cures and seal coat sets.
- Dealing With Limited Access – We can work on different sections at different times to minimize interruptions of daily activities. In good weather conditions, new asphalt only takes around 12 hours to cure enough to be driveable, and seal coat only takes about 24 hours, although 48 hours is ideal.
